# Drive demand from kits

## Overview

This may be useful if your organization does not use aBOMs, but does use kits tied to runs. When this setting is turned on, demand below runs will be generated based on the open kit requirements instead of open aBOM requirements.

## Turning the setting on

This can be enabled from the organization settings here:
