# ion-webhooks Component

The `ion-webhooks` component sets up webhook subscriptions in ION and exposes them as a trigger inside the workflow platform. It handles receiver creation, subscription configuration, and clean-up when an integration is removed.

Any flow that is created in the **Workflow Builder** that is expected to be triggered on an event in ION will need to use the `ion-webhooks` component.
